IDENTIFICATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF THE FOYER OF THE NATIONAL THEATER OF COSTA RICA AS PART OF THE METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGY FOR THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING OF THE FUTURE DIGITAL TWIN

Abstract. This paper summarizes the first results of third specific objective research project: Digital Twin (DT) as a management tool for programmed conservation plan (PCP), case study: Foyer and Smokers National Theater Costa Rica (TNCR, by its Spanish acronym), developed with support Vice Rectory Research Extension Technological Institute Rica. aims to integrate graphic, non-graphic linked information from diagnostic stages PCP, through three-dimensional modeling, definition actions future visualization DT. However, prior modeling it was necessary understand composition structural system body TNCR.The project has building systematized in documents plans, both original subsequent studies interventions, well model made 2021. there is no "as built" after construction or interventions that have been carried out; addition, foundations, mezzanines roofs not integrated ornamental pictorial information; is, this precise documentation elements make up study area heritage artistic value building. Therefore, presents work out between June 2022 March 2023 identify characterize components TNCR, using non-invasive techniques.
